16/05/22. I'm sorry to hear your news. The goods left here via the 1st Class Post on the 29th April. It does seem late in arriving with you.
Perhaps you could call us rather than using this method of complaint, as this Service Survey is designed to be anonymous, which makes it difficult for us to respond to an issue.
