Probably my fault but I don't think its so obvious on website that to order different diameters there is drop down menu. Had to order a sceond batchEven the photo below asking me to rate the item shows three types of connector..

For the second time I've received an email/text confirming a time of arrival then the delivery has arrived earlier. I've been at home but no attempt has been made to contact me, either by mobl or doorbell. Instead the parcel has been left with neighbours - for reasons I cannot work out.

I was away the day of delivery so requested that the item be left at a local newsagents. Instead it was delivered to my property where fortunately was able to accept it but this might have resulted in it going back to the depot.

Parcel left on door step which is on a public road and advised it was signed for, this was not the case. A rubbish company.

Re merchandise (product) see below. Re customer service I had a very helpful 'phone conversation with a sales person about leaking joints. Was asked to send information and photos which I did but had no response.

I'm afraid that we cannot really comment on your photos as they show merchandise that is not from us and isn't LeakyPipe®. I respectfully suggest that you refer your comments regarding leaking joints, to your Vendor. I'm, sure they will have an answer that will help.

Excellent product and service by Leaky Pipe spoiled by very poor delivery people.
It was a week before TNT delivered the package.

Ordered on line and received within one week. Additional fittings had to be purchased to install into pipeline system hence lower product rating but, otherwise satisfied with the purchasing experience and product is up and running.
