Unfortunately my item was no longer in stock. I was proactively contacted and offered a higher spec product in recompense.

After finishing installing my leaky pipes I realised that the hose attachments left sticking up out of the soil were liable to get blocked with soil, so I asked on the website query page if there were any caps available to put on the hose ends. This was early last week, I'm still waiting for an answer.

The website is a little hard to understand for the uninitiated - but once you work out the terminology things become clearer.
A gardening company had previously installed what they told me was leaky pipe but turned out to be something else with different dimensions. This added to my early confusion which was not the fault of leaky pipe who have always been helpful and friendly.

Quick shipping, seems to do the job. More precision on the tech would be helpful. (e.g what is 'low pressure' and how so flow rate and pressure relate?).

First item received was faulty due to poor assembly. However, the company responded immediately and sent a replacement plus stamps to cover the return of the original item. The second item works perfectly. Overall, excellent customer service.

All seems really good now I’ve got the hang of things...everything arrived quickly. Would advise you have help, unravelling 100 meters of pipe I got in a right tangle, so much easier with 2 people. The only thing that might be improved is that even with heating the poly pipe in hot water, the plastic joining components are quite hard work to fit properly..

Prompt service. My only quibble is the price - does it really need to be as high as this? But I have to say that Ive had Leaky Pipe watering products before and been entirely satisfied, so I've splashed out again.

Really pleased with the product itself, but do think it should have come with some instructions at least. As it happened my gardener set it up for me, but even he couldn't work out originally why we had two different types of hose in the pack and I definitely wouldn't have worked it out.
